The 1989 postcard featured a powerful shot of the GTA in its element… on the road covering some pavement. Scenes of these cars in motion are always extra special. Pontiac always had a knack for catching both the fantastic styling and the impressive performance of the GTA in the same image; this one is one of their best. The 1989 brochures had several great images of the GTA doing what it did best, and judging from this image’s wide usage throughout Pontiac’s ad campaign that year…
