Bulletin 87-F-2 dated 07/11/1986 states that the 5.7L engine option UPC code for the Firebird has been changed from L98 to B2L.
Bulletin 87-F-3 from 08/20/1986 states that all color-keyed items are dictated by the available exterior/interior color combinations available for each Firebird model. The available exterior/interior combinations for the Trans Am GTA in 1987 are shown on the second image.
Bulletin 87-F-4 from 10/01/1986 states the color UPC code change for Medium Gray Metallic from 84U to 87U. The actual paint color remained the same.
Bulletin 87-F-5 from 11/10/1986 announces that the 4-way Adjustable Seat UPC AH3 has been placed on an order hold. Since this seat was standard on Firebird Trans Am models, all orders for the Trans Am will receive an option credit of $35.00 during the hold period.
Bulletin 87-F-6 from 12/03/1986 announces that 3 monotone paint colors will be available for the 1987 Trans Am: Black, Flame Red, and Bright Red. The UPC UX1 code must be ordered to receive these solid colors.

Bulletin 87-F-7 from 01/14/1987 states that starting with production of 01/26/1987 the standard sport power mirrors UPC DG7 will replace the UPC DD9 power paddle mirrors on the Firebird GTA.
