How were you able to get the light switch to illuminate?

Is that a stock radio?!

Re: Anyone Like Mods'?

Wow Dude looks great!! I believe that stereo does have the green "lights" That isn't the stock deck. Hey where did you get that deck? Is it out of a "90's" Bonneville? And did you get it to work with your steering wheel controls??
Thanks!
Mike

Re: Anyone Like Mods'?

88-89 gta's had cassette stereo's, which have green display's . the stereo i have is a stock radio you can find in a grand prix, grand am or bonneville . but you loose the remote steering wheel control . but it still light's up at night, red and you have a pontiac stereo, perhaps someone out there knows how to hook up the steering wheel remote?,,,,,

Re: Anyone Like Mods'?

Hey Man, I got my Hood from Ramairhood.com I purchased it with the Ram Air box, so it would be functional. It did run me about $850. However I did do a lot of research on these hoods, and talked with a lot of people before buying it. They have (in my opinion) the best quality hood. Especially for fit/alignment. That was my biggest thing. I wanted a hood that fit/and lined up great, like factory I am real happy with the hood. What kind of pics do you want? Have you checked my photo link? I am not real good with pics. LOL I am not sure how to post them. If you get the hood through them, it comes with everything you need (just about) you will need clamps, and a boot to go from MAF to throttle body. Hey man, your interior looks great! keep up the good work!

Mike

Re: Anyone Like Mods'?

With all of these lights, does all of this wiring drive you insane? I had a $8,000.00 Navigation, movie screen, DVD player, CD player, etc. install in my GTA and the amount of wires to make all that stuff work made me very unhappy. What I did not like was these cars built very compact and any extra wiring and components are just too crowded together. With all this stuff you have, it must be too much wiring. I end up removing all of this stuff and putting back just the factory stereo with cassette and I am much more happier and confortable now because too much wires, have even hard time removing kick panel to work on fuses. And I constantly had to worry about electric fire or someone trying to steal this system. How did you wire all this stuff with the small spaces this car have? Are you using Fiber Optics or some very thin wires? But your project really involve a lot of work. Looks unique and one of a kind, very custom. Yumiko
