Is it a rare color?
Since i've sold my '87 GTA, I'm looking for another one and i think i have found exactly the one i was looking for a long time. It's an '89 gunmetal gray with a 5.7, a t-top and a gray leather interior. I would like to know if it is a rare color and if this combination was rare in '89! Thanks.

87U -- Exterior Color, Gunmetal Metallic -- 644

It's somewhat rare. Most people opted for the other colors, though I don't know why they didn't choose Gunmetal more. This color is absolutely beautiful in person. Especially when there's a contrast when the sun hits it. In all the numbers, it was one of the least selected colors. Only 98 were built in 1991 with the Gunmetal color.
