Maybe it' would be difficult to be well understood by you cause it's difficult for me to understand very thing you write...
But I would know a lot about my car and I think you could help me about engine troubles...
When I found how to post photoes on the topic..i could make you see my car...
You could see now on that link which is on a french forum

Re: a french gta'sowner

I think you have a rare combo there...I personally have never seen burgandy interiors in a GTA yet.. very nice car though.. that colour looks great when it's polished like that.. it has such depth to it.

Just jumped over to the RPO figures.. there were over 1000 made with carmine cloth... which is what the name of that colour is... but IT IS the most rare interior in 1987.

Unhappy Re: a french gta'sowner

Is it possible to know how many cars were producted in this combo...
I'havn't got the emblem on the front bumper, a friend of mine said that the first gta produced havn't got it?is it right?
The other thing which is bizard is that my wheels are black and non gold...

Re: a french gta'sowner

another qustion you said that there were 100 produced in that carmine cloth...
on the rpo page there was :

72B -- Trim Combination, Carmine Cloth -- 455
72C -- Trim Combination, Carmine Cloth -- 1,167
72D -- Trim Combination, Carmine Cloth -- 1,537

What is mine...When I bought the GTA there was no rpo code in the glove box...it has been torn...
How can I know it?

Re: a french gta'sowner

Very nice car. That thing must really stand out when driving around in Europe. Everytime I see pictures of cars there, they're all smaller than my Civic!

I'm not sure which one would be yours.. having three different codes confused me.. I'm sure frankie can straighten it out though

Re: a french gta'sowner

I had one of those mirrors in my Oldsmobile... that is also a rare option... but what it does is tint the mirror glass when someone with bright lights approaches you from behind

That is a nice looking GTA. I'd like to have that steering wheel versus the one I have in mine. Wanna donate it to me? j/k Anyone know where to get a non-radio controls steering wheel at like the one he has on his?
