Need help identifying part

Help guys in identifying above part. This mounts right below the ignition coil. In matter of fact the bracket uses the same 2 mounting holes as the coil bracket. The bracket is holding some type of a small coil where the silver vacuum nipple is attached shown in the pic. Mine has the outer casing peeling off and it smells burnt. There is also is a 2wire push type female connector on the opposite side of the sliver nipple, along with a nipple with a 2 prong catch for some kind of a vacuum line that's not present anywhere that I can find on my gta. Does anyone know where I can find one of these ? And what vacuum line would be connected to this that I'm missing ?

Thanks in advance

Re: Need help identifying part

That is the EGR Solenoid. The hoses coming out of it are the vacuum lines that go to the bottom of the throttle body and the EGR. Not sure where to get the solenoid itself, but you can probably find the vacuum lines from GM still.

I would think you should still be able to get the solenoid from an AC Delco distributor.
