Well, I've been holding off on spending the money, but I now want to know how this beast runs when she isn't throwing code 34s...
So: Anyone know where I can pickup a new MAF? |

From what I understand, the new & reman ones are not as good quality and don't last. There was one good brand but the company was sold and production moved to China with questionable quality.
I bid on a GM NOS one on ebay a few years ago. I think final price may have been in the $300's. I stopped bidding long before that. |

Wow, I was unware this happened.
I assumed they were still being made by Delco since a lot of different platforms used them back in the day. I replaced a MAF 20 yrs ago (can't believe it was that long ago) and they were expensive at that time, but quality pieces.

Seems like more and more parts are getting harder to find these days. I've been on this site for a few years learning about these cars and all, and it seems I've read a few parts that are hard to come by that keeps these birds on the road. The EGR is another one of these hard to find parts. Sad.
