Help Me Please no vacuum going to heater control valve

having a problem with my gta the vacuum line that goes into the heater control valve has no vacuum and I was wondering where the vacuum comes from to supply vacuum to the heater control valve.My car has a digital dash and I've take the heatercontrols out and also the passenger "hush" panel and haven't heard any hissing from in the car or under the hood any help would be great thanks,john

Think its from the back of the TPI plenum, to the interior valve, interior, back to the HCV.

ok ,it is attached in the right spot on my intake but wheres the interior valve located? thanks for the diagram

Maybe it's the heater control unit that is bad. I had to replace mine right after I got my car.

So theres its obviously suppose to have vacuum running to it all the time as long as engine is running?The car has heat and a 180 stat in it so im also wondering if the cooler stat has something to do with the heat not being burning hot when it comes outta the vents

The interior hvac vac valve is behind the hvac controls.

Saw some vids on ytube on how to repair these with a simple bolt. They say the plastic keeper breaks on themm thats what causes the hissing sound in the dash.
