SLP Cold Air Intake Help

I bought a used complete '88'89 slp cold air intake my main concern is mounting the charcoal canister to the driver side words its easier said than done pictures are worth a thousand words so if you guys can help and post pics of it how you installed it that would be great

Here's an option on the passenger side:

here is the space under the passenger side headlight where I moved the emissions cannister to. the cannister install is not pretty to look at but the cannister is secure and no one sees it after the splash shield is back in place:

I put my emissions can under the battery tray on the passenger side and mounted it to the crossbrace that holds the front fender in place.

I ran the hoses through holes in the battery tray underneath the cold air box.
You'll need some extra length of hoses for the vac line and fuel vapour line.

Mounted mine on the driver side rail right by the battery....been there for 15+ years with no issues.
