Aux Input, I Finally Got Around To It!

Ok people, so I finally bought an mp3 player (Walmart $34 and change) Got the diagrams back out.

On a 2 board radio you will want a switch to ground the yellow wire.

On the steering wheel controlled radios, it is a little more complicated but I managed to work it out. You will need a switch between terminal 14 and 12 on the cdm module with a 27K resistor.

It's not Greek, it's geek I guess. Beauty of it is I can send you a cable, you send yours back in exchange so I don't run out. You pull your radio, remove 3 screws, swap out the cable, fish it where you want to mount it and you are done.

I mounted mine under the dash switches above and left of the heater control.
