A rare '91 for sale

I stumbled across this listing and thought that I would post it up. I have never seen a '91 Gunmetal GTA before and according to Frankies RPO's there were only 98 of these cars made. It's also listed at a good price for anyone in the market.

Nice looking car.
Makes me wish I had a '91-'92 style car.

Oh, DAMN! That's a beautiful car.... my favorite GTA hue. I've always wanted the 1991-92 car I bought to either be one of these or one of the 1992-only colors. T-tops, too.... AARRGGHH!

Where's those lottery tickets....?

Fred91GTA has or had one of these.... but we may lose him and some others since Alex Claytor's TransAmGTA.com is now back online. But these cars are rarely seen.... this one makes the third example I've seen since I started this site. The Gunmetal was dropped at mid-year in 1991. Thie first printing of the order sheet lists the color, but the subsequent sheets do not.

No sweat, Cliff.... there's room enough for everybody. I just mentioned that because I know we used to have several people here who used both sites. I got an automated email earlier in the week about the return.

Besides, I'm a big boy and can play nice with others....

Yes Frankie .... that is a sweet car. The add doesn't state the mileage but it looks to be in pretty good shape. My guess would be because of the price it's got pretty high mileage on it. There's another '91 on auto trader that if you really won the lottery, I would pic up as well.

This car is mint and a beautiful color. Cliff should be able to appreciate this one. 1991 GTA

Ooooo, that dark green is fabulous! What a low mileage example.... that one I'd almost be afraid to drive anyhere.

But I love that color; I have always wished that Pontiac had done a dark or indigo blue metalic GTA as well.

I agree with Frankie...it would have been nice to see a NBM GenIII car out there. I bet the GTA would have looked killer in a dark blue hue also.

That one is kinda close to me!
And nice low milage too!
Just way out of my price range though.
I also wish Pontiac did a nice blue on every year Trans Am (or GTA), kinda like the old Lucerne Blue of the '70-'72 years.
As for the green though, almost every green car I have seen, has the clear coat flacking off. This one would be a first.

I have seen that car before, I think. He used to be askin alot more for it, if I am correct I think around 26k

He used to have a website dedicated to the sale of it, in the add(back then) he stated he had the original gatorbacks and he even had all of the plastic for the interior, he had alot more pics on that other site and needless to say it was in immaculate condition and yes, IF I had the $$$$$ I would be all over it. :drool:
Oh and on a side note my car looked like that when I bought it used and it had 63k miles on it.
