So, I scored an aluminum plenum extension for $20 tonight. No attachment bolts, though, I don't think. What size bolts will I need to attach it?

Though I'm sure you can find these at your local hardware store, hopefully this will at least get you pointed in the right direction. They really shouldn't cost you any more than $1.50 for all 3 of em.
GM P/N 14082425 Screws (for plenum extension)
That part number is for the aluminum extension, the screws for the plastic cover is a different part number.

Should be the same as the stock extension. The difference is that the metal extension does not have the inset that the plastic one does. Therefore the bolts sit a little higher.

I've never had a plenum extension, so I don't have any bolts at all. I found them on a Corvette site, $4.00 for all three, but they want $8 to ship them!!
My local parts stores don't have them...if someone can measure their bolts, I'll pick them up at Lowe's or something.

I just pulled my bolts out and they are about a #6 torx head screw. All are just a little more than 1/4 in in length. If you want the original look, I would go to a GM dealer and get them, but it would be cheaper to just go to your local hardware store and pick up some #6 machine screws.
