Has anybody ever used a poylyurathane bushing on their tourque arm up by the tranny? Does it help any?

Answered my own question yes it does. Put one on this weekend. if yours goes bad which most GTAs with many miles are I would get the polly one form energy suspenssion.

poly or a 1LE mount would do the same... whichever is cheaper I guess

Not sure about the 1le but the poly cost me $20 bucks at autozone. No more clunking when puttin into gear.

Energy ones are used widely down here due to GM's over the top pricing... Part # 3.1112 from memory.. check the www.energysusp.com site for more specific's too.

But thing every made.
