hey everyone, in case you didn't know i got her back from the paint shop, and i ended up going stock gunmetal with a twist.... i drew up my own stripes on photoshop and gave it to them to do and well i'm happy with it.... tell me what ya think of the car!

VERY NIIICE!!!

The stock color gun meteal is it actually called gun metal and did you go semi metalic or metalic? :eek:

Yeah the stock color is simply Gunmetal... at least as far as i know. the color is the same paint code as factory just a different clear coat so it won't fade like the stock paint used to. i'm sure someone on here has the paint codes if you're interested.

Was your car originally that color?I would have loved to find one but that color is hard to come by.Beautiful GTA BTW!

nice looking car... love the stripes... its kinda like retro 68-69 camaro stripes. Missing the center caps for the rims? :(

yeah she was originally that color.... well er... the bottom half was, the top was faded to primer... so i brought it back and put my own twist to it.

yeah no centercaps and my dad's kinda bein a dicka bout those being that i need his card to get any off ebay. once i get those on, the outside will be set and i can focus on the inside, tho not much at all needs to be done

thats cool... I scored an extra original cap a couple years ago, just in case. But it looks sweet.. I love the stripes. Never thought I'd like any type of graphics on a GTA, but it actually looks awesome!! Good work man!

What kind of work does the interior need? I have to fix a couple things like the kicker panel, center console and the damn trim pieces around the seatbelt on the header panel... grrrrr.

FWIW A tric I used on mine after losing them here and there due to theives or them falling off..

Take the centercap and Install it with SHOE GOO... or similar....It makes them very difficult to remove without taking the wheel off...Shoe goo peels right off IF you peel the edge of it back>>>BUT when trying to just pull the cap off it it difficult to do..

Ive not lost oneor had one stolen since..
